    On 02 February 2025, the general cargo vessel "DIAMANTGRACHT", while under the conduct of a pilot, reported having sustained a total failure of its main engine cooling system and lost propulsion while approaching the Québec, QC pilot station. The vessel was secured to section 107 of Québec harbour by the tugs "OCEAN K. RUSB"Y and "OCEAN REYNALD T"; the crew effected repairs.
