On 19 July 2018, a rescue boat belonging to the passenger vessel "EXPLORER OF THE SEAS" capsized while coming alongside the passenger vessel near Ogden Point, BC. There were three people on the rescue boat. Two people were thrown overboard due to capsizing. A pilot vessel recovered the persons in water and transported them to Ogden Point, BC.
