  On 26 December 2018, the tanker "HARBOUR PIONEER", while under the conduct of a pilot, reported a total failure of the clutch on the variable pitch propeller in Anchorage M in Indian Arm, BC. The crew effected repairs and the vessel was cleared to sail.
