  On 28 March 2022, the tug "BEVERLY M I", while towing the cargo vessel "MANISTEE", reported losing its tow off Toledo, OH, USA. The "MANISTEE" subsequently went aground in Entrance Channel, OH, USA. The vessel was refloated with the help of other tugs and the tow resumed.
