    On 27 December 2025, the bulk carrier "JESSICA B" reported that its port windlass was not functioning and the brake on its starboard windlass had failed while the vessel was attempting to anchor off Pointe au Foin, QC. The vessel proceeded to Montreal, QC, for repairs and then resumed its voyage.
