  On 20 April 2022, the container vessel "MAERSK PALERMO", while berthing with the assistance of two tugs and while under the conduct of a pilot, reported being disabled with engine problems at section 77 of the Port of Montreal in Montréal, QC. The crew carried out repairs which permitted the vessel to resume its voyage.

The vessel returned to Halifax, NS where it was met by paramedics and the person transported to the hospital by ambulance. No pollution or damage was reported.
