  On 16 January 2019, the pilot boat "SCOTIA PILOT", with 3 people on board, lost propulsion and collided with the container vessel "YM ENLIGHTENMENT" while the pilot was embarking on the container vessel. The pilot boat regained propulsion and returned to its base in Halifax, NS. The pilot boat sustained damage to the hull above the waterline and to the accommodation. No injuries or pollution were reported.
