    On 20 December 2025, the bulk carrier "CHILEAN BULKER", while under the conduct of a pilot and being assisted by the tug "SEASPAN VENTURE" for berthing, reported its anchor landed on the tug's bow during the manoeuver in Vancouver Harbour, BC. The anchor was picked up and the manoeuver was completed.
