    On 22 January 2022, the bulk carrier "FEDERAL CRIMSON", while being escorted through ice in the St. Lawrence River off Québec City, QC, made contact with the stern of the Canadian Coast Guard icebreaker "PIERRE RADISSON". Damage to both vessels was reported. No injuries or pollution was reported.
