    On 09 January 2023, the bulk carrier "SHIOSAI", while under the conduct of a pilot and assisted by two tugs, reported being disabled after having sustained a loss of propulsion during berthing maneuvers in Port-Cartier, QC. The pilot used the tugs to complete the manoeuvre and the crew carried out repairs alongside.
