    On 27 February 2019, the bulk carrier "PEGASUS", while under the conduct of a pilot, reported a total failure of the vessel's astern propulsion while mooring at the grain terminal in Prince Rupert, BC. Successive restarting caused the air pressure to decrease to a point where the main engine would not restart. Tugs assisted the vessel to dock.
