    On 16 March 2021, the bulk carrier "THOR MENELAUS", under the conduct of a pilot, reported a problem with its main engine sea water cooling system off Saint-Nicolas, QC. The vessel proceeded to the nearest anchorage area to clean the cooling line strainers from accumulated frazil ice.

    On 16 March 2021, the bulk carrier "THOR MENELAUS" reported sustaining ice blockage of its sea water cooling system while proceeding upbound in the St. Lawrence River. The vessel was able to resume its voyage but later experienced similar issues in Lake Saint-Pierre while heading towards Montréal, QC.
